Mission Endowment Fund Information Request Form

The mission of Calvary Lutheran Church is to share God’s love and promise of salvation through Jesus Christ to all people.Mission Endowment Fund graphic

Calvary’s Mission Endowment Fund was established in 1998 to enhance our mission outreach. The fund allows Calvary’s congregation to expand its mission beyond the programs that are regularly supported through our annual operating budget.

The Mission Endowment Committee is appointed by the Church Council, oversees all funding requests, and makes recommendations to the Church Council for disbursements. All funds are held the ELCA Endowment Fund Pool Trust.

Gifts to the Endowment Fund are gifts that will keep on giving as only the investment income is expended.

Gifts may be given to the Calvary Endowment Fund in the following ways:

  • People may wish to honor or memorialize someone through a gift of cash.
  • People may give through gifts of property, real estate or personal property, or through investments, such as securities.
  • People may name the Endowment Fund as a beneficiary of an insurance policy or in ones last Will and Testament.

“Go then, to all peoples everywhere
and make them my disciples.”
Matthew 28:19
